Peaceful

I just think her little fat cheeks are so cute when she is sleeping.

Beach Baby

Josh and Caroline ventured down to Galveston yesterday. They had a wonderful time. Josh's description of the day was, 90 to nothing. As in all Caroline did was run from the umbrella to the water, and back again. Eventually he just sat and watched her because he was getting tired of going back and forth. Caroline enjoyed building sand castles, looking for "shnails" aka shells, and looking at the boats. She told me that the boats are not ours, and Josh said she asked if Jesus was in one?! Silly girl.

A little bit of this and a little bit of that.

Love you sister

"Watching" Diego together for the 1st time
Meeting cousin Madison
and Auntie Kate
We are doing pretty good here in Landry Land, or more appropriate Newborn Land. Caroline is still loving her sister. She wants to hold her all the time and she really likes her newborn diapers, they fit her dolls perfectly! Susanna is a sweet little baby, she loves to be held, eat and take baths. She does not like her feet to be touched and she hates to have her clothes changed. This weekend Josh's sister Kate and niece Madison came to visit us and meet Susanna. Kate and Madison took Caroline to the zoo on Saturday, a great time was had by all. Thanks guys! We missed Uncle Corey! Next time we will see you!

Carolina Ballerina

This week Caroline had her first day of dance class. Watching her through that 2 way mirror was the cutest things I have ever seen. She really enjoyed herself. All the way home she said several times, "that was so fun mommy." She is getting so big, we are so amazed everyday by this fact. She can put her tights, ballet shoes, and tap shoes on by herself.

" I CAN DO IT BY MYSELF"

This has been the motto for the day, let me rephrase, Caroline's motto for the day. Let's just say, Josh and I are very tired. She can get in the car by herself, she can get in the car seat by herself, she can put her bike helmet on by herself, she can brush her teeth by herself, on and on and on! We let her do it, BY HERSELF! If she would only do the stuff we want her to do by herself! :)
